Hunty is a service for treasure hunts with your phone. By using it, you accept these terms.

Take care

You take part at your own risk. Watch the traffic, follow the rules of the park or place, and don’t climb where you are not allowed. Children must be with a responsible adult. The phone shows the way, but you decide where you go.

The organiser’s responsibility

Whoever creates a hunt is responsible for its content – questions, texts and where the stops are. Don’t put stops on private property without permission or in dangerous places. AI suggestions can be wrong, so read them through.

Ready-made routes

We take care with the ready-made routes, but places change – a statue can be covered by scaffolding or a path closed. Teams can then skip the stop if the organiser allows it.

Rewards

Rewards are given by the places that have signed up, on their terms – usually once per team while they are open. Hunty is not a party to the reward.

Account and content

You may not use the service for illegal, offensive or misleading content. We may remove content and close accounts that break the terms.

Changes and liability

The service is provided as is. We may change features and terms; significant changes will be posted here. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability is otherwise limited under the general rules of Danish law.
